by Right now we use VNC for remote support of our users. Since we have XP install on %95 of our users machines. I was thinking maybe using the built in remote assistance would be a nice option. But I hated having to use the microsoft help. Well I found this nice link on howto create a shortcut to ‘offer remote assistance’
