How to Do Follow?

I’m running wordpress 2.3.2 on both my sites.

But I can’t get Do Follow working on either of them. on this site I’m using DoFollow 4.0 from Kimmo Suomienen and Savage Nomads I’m using Dofollow 3.0 (semi-dofollow) from Denis de Bernardy and neither seem to be working 🙁

I don’t want to edit core files so I would prefer to use a plug-in
